By accessing and using the Gisel platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Gisel platform, operated by Gisel SAS, whose registered office is located at 1 Cours Valmy, 92800 Puteaux, France.
2Access to the Platform
Access to Gisel is intended for professional users, including IT consulting companies, recruitment firms, freelancers and sales teams. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3Use of the Service
Users agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly those relating to personal data protection and the GDPR. Users are responsible for the data they upload to the platform, including CVs and personal information relating to candidates and consultants, and for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and legal basis to process such data.
4Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account, without additional cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5Intellectual Property
All elements of the Gisel platform, including its interface, algorithms, brand, logo and associated content, are the exclusive property of Gisel SAS or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable French and European intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.
6Liability
Gisel undertakes to use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability, proper operation and security of the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gisel shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
7Changes to These Terms
Gisel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any material changes by email or through a notification within the platform. Continued use of the service following the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
